These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Momentum Mentorship, a coaching membership offered by The Bliss Business LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website, live calls, replays, and course libraries (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing, registering for, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01The Service
Momentum Mentorship is a paid coaching membership for network marketing professionals, offered in two tiers:
Replay Access
Weekly call replays, the Momentum Builders and Authentic Networker course libraries, and free monthly webinar access.
Live Calls + Replays
Everything in Replay Access, plus live weekly calls with Richard Bliss Brooke (Mondays, 10am PT), direct coaching, and real-time Q&A.
We may modify the content, format, schedule, or features of the Service at any time.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to purchase or use the Service.
03Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate for your selected plan ($47 or $97/month) until canceled.
- Your subscription automatically renews each month and your payment method is charged automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or requesting cancellation in the community. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period except as described in Section 4.
- Prices are subject to change with notice before your next renewal.
04Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] or posting a request in the community, and we will refund that payment. Refund requests made after the 30-day window are not guaranteed.
05Access to Content
Course materials, replays, and related content are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any Service content without our prior written consent.
06Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service — including calls, replays, courses, materials, trademarks, and the "Momentum Mentorship" name and branding — is owned by The Bliss Business LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except a limited, revocable license to access the content for personal use during your active membership.
07No Guaranteed Results; Earnings Disclaimer
The Service provides coaching, training, and educational content. Any testimonials, results, or income figures referenced on our site or during calls (including individual member stories) are not typical and are not a guarantee or promise of any particular outcome.
08Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making business or financial decisions.
09User Conduct
You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully, and not to harass other members or coaches, share your login/access with non-members, or use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.
10Third-Party Platforms
Checkout, live calls, and content delivery may be hosted through third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, video conferencing, or membership software). Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we are not responsible for.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bliss Business LLC, its owners, employees, and coaches from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
